Catering Pricing & FAQ

Yachties catering is priced by package rather than a la carte. The Dockside Package feeds 20 guests for $375, the Harbor Package feeds 50 for $925, and the Fleet Package feeds 100 for $1,900. That works out to $18.75, $18.50 and $19.00 per guest respectively. Every package includes the entrees you choose, your side selections, pickles and sauces, and plates, napkins and utensils.

Twenty guests. That is the smallest package we run, and it applies to every catering order regardless of location.

One week is the standard lead time for most catering orders. Larger events and dates around holidays, graduation season and tournament weekends fill earlier, so give us more notice when you can.

Your chosen entrees, your side selections, pickles and sauces, and plates, napkins and utensils. Dockside includes one entree and one side selection, Harbor includes two of each, and Fleet includes three of each.

O.G. Smash Burger Sliders, BBQ Brisket Melt Sliders, Chicken Tenders, and Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad. The Dockside Package chooses from the first three; Harbor and Fleet can choose the Caesar as well.

Yacht Tots, Potato Salad, Kale Pasta Salad, Cottage Cheese, Bagged Chips and Cup o' Pickles. Extra side selections beyond what your package includes are $60 for 20 guests, $150 for 50 and $300 for 100.

Yes. The Seasonal Homemade Dessert is $70 for 20 guests, $165 for 50 and $315 for 100. It rotates with the season, so ask what we are featuring when you book.

Beverages are by the gallon, and each gallon serves roughly 12 to 16 guests. Sweet Tea and Unsweet Tea are $10, Fresh Lemonade is $15, Strawberry Lemonade and Arnold Palmer are $18 each, and bottled water is $2 each. Fresh Brewed Coffee is priced at market and includes cups, cream and sugar.

Yes, we deliver across Buda, Kyle, San Marcos, Austin and Wimberley. Delivery fees depend on distance and timing, so they are quoted with your event rather than published as a flat rate. Tell us the address when you request a quote and the fee will be included in the number we send back.

Yes. On-site food truck service is available, and it is quoted case by case because it depends on distance, how long you need us and how many guests we are cooking for. It is the option people choose when the truck itself is part of the experience rather than just the food.

Yes. We regularly cater Kyle, San Marcos, Austin and Wimberley alongside Buda. The truck is based at RacFit in Buda, which puts most of the I-35 corridor within a comfortable drive.

Yes. Custom menus and large-event pricing are available on request. If your headcount falls between package sizes or your event needs something the packages do not cover, tell us what you have in mind and we will price it.
