Kyle is our closest neighbour. The truck sits just up I-35 in Buda, which puts most Kyle addresses about ten minutes from our door.

Short distance does real work on a catering order. Food that travels ten minutes arrives in a different condition from food that travels an hour, and it means we can commit to tighter arrival windows than a caterer coming down from central Austin.

Packages and pricing

Each package covers the entrees you choose, your side selections, pickles and sauces, and plates, napkins and utensils. Extra sides run $60 for 20 guests, $150 for 50 and $300 for 100. Dessert and beverages by the gallon are listed in full on the pricing page.

The kind of Kyle events we feed

• Sports teams and league nights. Kyle runs on youth sports, and sliders are built for handing out at a field.
• Neighbourhood parties. Plum Creek and the newer developments throw a lot of block parties, and fifty to a hundred guests is squarely Harbor or Fleet territory.
• Graduation season. May and June book out first. If your date is in that window, get in touch earlier than the standard week.
• Office lunches. Twenty people is the minimum, which is a normal department rather than a whole company.

Delivery to Kyle

We deliver to Kyle regularly. The fee depends on your address and the timing, so it gets quoted with the rest of the event rather than published as a flat rate. Send the address with your enquiry and it will be in the quote.

On-site truck service is available in Kyle as well. That one is quoted case by case, since it depends on how long you need us and how many people we are cooking for. We need a level spot about the size of a parking space and a half with clear access to get in and out, and we are self-contained for cooking. Tell us about the site when you get in touch.

Try it before you book

Ten minutes up the interstate gets you to the window. We are at RacFit in Buda daily except Tuesday, 5:00 to 10:00 p.m., and tasting the brisket melt before you order fifty of them is time well spent.
