Food truck catering in Buda

We are not driving in from somewhere else. Yachties lives in Buda, parked on the grounds at RacFit on Robert S. Light Blvd, and we are there six nights a week.

That matters more than it sounds. Being local means we know where your event is before you finish describing it, we are not padding a quote with drive time, and if something needs sorting on the day, we are ten minutes away rather than an hour.

The entrees are O.G. Smash Burger Sliders, BBQ Brisket Melt Sliders, Chicken Tenders and Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad. Sides are Yacht Tots, Potato Salad, Kale Pasta Salad, Cottage Cheese, Bagged Chips and Cup o' Pickles. Full numbers, add-ons and beverages are on the pricing page.

What we cater around Buda

Buda events tend to fall into a few shapes, and the packages line up with them fairly neatly.

Youth and school sports. Twenty hungry kids after a game is exactly the Dockside Package, and sliders travel better than full burgers when you are feeding a team out of a cooler bag.
Birthday parties and graduations. Fifty guests is the Harbor Package, and the Seasonal Homemade Dessert add-on saves someone a trip to the store.
Office and team lunches. Buda businesses ordering for a floor or a department usually land between Dockside and Harbor. Both include everything down to the napkins.
Neighborhood and HOA events. The Fleet Package covers a hundred, and for anything larger we quote it.

Booking

Twenty guests is our minimum, and one week of notice covers most orders. Delivery within Buda is quoted with your event alongside everything else, so the number we send back is the number you pay.

If you would rather we brought the truck itself and cooked on site, that is available too. It is quoted case by case, since the cost depends on how long you need us parked and how many guests we are cooking for. Mention it when you request a quote and we will price both options together.

Come try it first

The best way to plan a catering order is to eat the food. We are at RacFit every day except Tuesday from 5:00 to 10:00 p.m. Order a Double O.G. and a side of Yacht Tots at the window, and you will know exactly what fifty of your guests are getting.
